Dominique Duong, CLU^®, ChFC^®, CLF^®

Director of Development, DC Region

Dominique is the Regional Development Manager for the DC region and joined New York Life in 2008. After building a successful financial practice in the Greater Detroit Office, she moved to the Roanoke General Office to become an Associate Development Manager in 2011. In her role, she also had the opportunity to assist in training and development in Greater Atlanta, Orlando, Columbus, Greater Detroit, Charlotte and Savannah. In 2013, Dominique joined the Greater Washington leadership team and became the Regional Director of Development for the Northern Virginia and Greater Washington General Offices in 2022.

Dominique has a strong passion for growth and development. Some of her responsibilities include coaching her development manager team, partner development, agent development, implementing NYLIC University, case development, marketing and retention.

Dominique currently resides in Washington, DC with her husband and children. She is on the Board of Directors of CaringMatters and LightHouse DC and is a very involved volunteer of The Children's Inn at NIH and the Wendt Center.
